Synopsis: In this third book in the Lunar Chronicles, Cinder and Captain Thorne are fugitives on the run, now with Scarlet and Wolf in tow. Together, they’re plotting to overthrow Queen Levana and her army.
Their best hope lies with Cress, a girl imprisoned on a satellite since childhood who’s only ever had her netscreens as company. All that screen time has made Cress an excellent hacker. Unfortunately, she’s just received orders from Levana to track down Cinder and her handsome accomplice.
When a daring rescue of Cress goes awry, the group is separated. Cress finally has her freedom, but it comes at a high price. Meanwhile, Queen Levana will let nothing prevent her marriage to Emperor Kai. Cress, Scarlet, and Cinder may not have signed up to save the world, but they may be the only hope the world has.

MY RATING: 3 Starts

MY OPINION:

You can say that I’m crazy, you can try to shoot me and all that but I’m going to tell the truth and what I really think. THIS BOOK WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT! Despite that I gave it 3 stars…

The first book of this series was great… at that time I liked it a lot and I thought that Marissa Meyer was a great writer because the story was cool and inovating… then I read ‘Scarlet’ and my opinion about that book is clear (almost like crystal)… I truly loved the story, the characters… I loved pretty much everything about that book, if I could I would have given 10 stars and not only 5. But this book ‘Cress’… sorry but I just can’t deal with it… I’m not saying that I didn’t enjoy the reading but I didn’t love it… not at all… although I still think that Marissa Meyer is a freaking genius I’m kind of disappointed with this book because it was (in my opinion) in a lower level than ‘Scarlet’… that’s maybe because I liked too much the second book, so I’m not blaming the author, I’m just constacting the facts. I really wanted to love this book… but I didn’t!
