MY RATING: 4 Starts

I can honestly say that I found this book really interesting, I was not expecting to like it so much, I tought that maybe it was only the book cover that was seriously beautiful… but I was wrong.
When I read the synopsis I didn’t know what to think about it, I thought that it was going to like it ,maybe, I thought that it was quite interesting and that I was going to enjoy the reading… but I never thought that I was going to like it the way I really did… I mean, don’t get me wrong, I seriously didn’t love this book, not even close… but I enjoyed it!

This book was sent to me in exchange for an honest review, but before it was asked to me if I wanted to read and review this book I already wanted to read it, I already wanted to own it because it was a new book written by an author I never have heard about… the thing is, in my opinion the rating/score of this book (overall) is quite low… so I was really afraid that I was not going to like it, that I was, actually, going to hate it… some people gave to this book only ONE star… but there were other people that actually gave to this book FIVE stars… so it is pretty confusing, I know… and I honestly was expecting, that when I would have the chance to read this book, I was just going to drop it before I could finish it because I would probably be too bored to continue reading the story.

ABOUT ME… I enjoyed this book… it was interesting. It was really different from everything I’m used to reading, from everything I ever read… it was not my favorite book ever because I actually have read better, but it was really cool (opinions may vary).

For those who don’t know what this story is about, even if the synopsis is written above… this story is about a girl who has “powers”… she’s cursed, so basically if she touches anyone that person dies.
The girl I was talking about is Twylla, she’s the main character of this book (of course) and she is not the most interesting character you’ll ever read about, believe me. Normally, my favorite main characters are serious “badasses” girls… but this one isn’t… at all, so if anyone says to you that miss Twylla is a badass know that the person who is saying that to you is lying…. totally….
While I was reading this book I actually hated Twylla sometimes, not always, but sometimes I was just really getting crazy because of her, because of some things that she was doing… but reading this book… continuing reading this book I kind of was capable to understand some stuff that was going on with this main character. I have to say to you something really important… at the beggining she was seriously getting the nerves out of me… she was not a perfect main character, believe me… but at the end of the book?! GOSH… she changed so much… she undergoes soooo much development you can’t even imagine until you read the entire book.

Overall… the story was great… I liked the plot, I liked the “scenario”, this Fantasy world… there is so much to know and to understand about this story, about the characters… about everything actually… this story, this world… it was really rich.

Reading this book I thought that I knew everything that was going to happen, but no, I really didn’t know what was going to happen because there were so many twists in this story… the beginning has nothing to do with the end of the story and that for me is a plus because it makes me want to read the sequel… THAT SEQUEL THAT WE DON’T EVEN KNOW WHEN IT’LL COME OUT!

I honestly recommend this book to everyone, especially because I was not expecting to like and enjoy it so much… so just read it and tell me your honest opinion about it because I’ll be pretty happy to know about it since there are so many different opinions about this book.
